Ingredients:
For 20 servings
- 5 chopped nib mor Organic Dark Chocolate snacking squares
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 packet of nib mor Organic Traditional Hot Cocoa
Directions:
- In a food processor add oats and chocolate and pulse a few times to break them up
- Next add all the rest of the ingredients except the hot cocoa
- Blend until a sticky dough forms. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons milk or water
- Roll 1" balls using your hands then roll in the hot cocoa to coat
- Keep refrigerated and enjoy during the week!
