Chocolate Tahini Coconut Cups

Directions:

  1. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler by placing the chocolate in a heat-safe bowl used as the lid over boiling water in a medium sauce pan. This allows it to melt slowly.
  2. Cool chocolate for a few minutes before adding tahini, coconut, and the coconut oil
  3. Spoon the mixture into muffin paper cups
  4. Decorate with strawberries
  5. Freeze for 4 hours and enjoy
