No-bake Energy Chocolate Bites

Ingredients:

For 20 servings

Directions:

  • In a food processor add oats and chocolate and pulse a few times to break them up
  • Next add all the rest of the ingredients except the hot cocoa
  • Blend until a sticky dough forms. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons milk or water
  • Roll 1" balls using your hands then roll in the hot cocoa to coat
  • Keep refrigerated and enjoy during the week!
